One thing we have always encouraged is an open door policy for all our carers and support staff. We have two directors who will take calls at any time about any problems you are facing with the job.

We regularly arrange social events, both in the team and for your family.

We keep online training to a minimum, we believe the best training you can get is face to face.

1 Oak follow safer recruitment processes for all roles.

All staff are required to complete an application form – although a supporting CV can be sent.

We aim to get back to all applications within 5 working days, if you are successful interviews will be in our office in Sudbury.

If you are then offered a position within the 1 Oak family, we aim to get you started as soon as references are received.
